Consent-based access
Nyxie staff cannot see inside your account unless you give them a code that expires.
Issuing a code
Account settings, Support access, choose how long it lasts (2 to 72 hours, default 8), Generate. Read the code and your access ID to the Nyxie engineer. Revoke it any time.
What the engineer can do
Read-only by default. To change anything they must pass their own two-factor check again, and that elevation is logged. When the code expires or is revoked the session ends.
The record
Support access shows Access history: every code issued, used, refused (with the reason) and revoked, and every staff view started and ended, by name, with the exact time. The same events are in Security, Account activity, alongside sign-ins and user changes.
When nothing is active the page says so: Nobody at Nyxie can view your account right now.
