Getting started

From nothing to a managed fleet with alerts on your phone. About fifteen minutes.

1. Get a console

Request an account at nyxie.io/start. Your invite email carries a temporary password and your access ID. Sign in at console.nyxie.io, change the password and turn on two-factor authentication under Account settings, Security. The first 25 endpoints are free forever.

2. Create your organizations

Account settings, Organizations. An organization is a site or a customer; devices enrol into one and users can be limited to some of them. One is created for you; add more if you manage several sites.

3. Install the agent

RMM, Organizations, Add devices gives you the installer and an enrolment token for that organization. Run it on each Windows machine (Linux and macOS agents are in development). New machines appear under New Devices until approved, or immediately when auto-approve is on. Details on the install page.

4. Get alerts on your phone

Open the console on your phone, add it to the Home Screen on iPhone, then Account settings, Notifications, Turn on for this device. Fire a test on any alert rule in the RMM. See Alerts and phone push.

5. Add your team

Account settings, Users. Roles are admin, operator and readonly; operators can be limited to specific organizations. Or turn on single sign-on and let people in by email domain.
